If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide us with a photo of the damage. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note that we cannot be responsible for errors made during the ordering process, such as selecting the wrong size or color. Please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure that it is correct.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
